Attitude Quotient - Introduction


Let me introduce this great tool of happiness, "Attitude Quotient". Yes it’s all about being positive about life; life keeps taking test of every living individual every day, every moment. It’s our decision making & attitude which brings out the results, sometimes good sometimes not so good, even then we find that few people are very happy, they greet others & make others smile, laugh, hug & love them, on the other hand few people remain annoyed & keep reflecting that they are the victims. 

I feel Attitude Quotient " is the differentiating factor. If one can keep his or her focus on the happiness, he or she can actually change the entire outcome. Now you must be thinking how it’s possible. Follow these few suggestions & feel the difference.

  • Maintain your individuality, simply follow your heart.
  • Love yourself. This mantra will help you to love your family & friends in a better way.
  • Attain a good health, join gym, jog in park, take brisk walk or do yoga every day, do whatever you like or do even you don’t like, it will help.
  • Only a healthy body can claim to have a healthy brain. Try it & you will come to know the difference.
  • Stay away from stress, excess of everything is causing stress in today's life, be it career ambitions or personal life possessions. 
When you try to be yourself, you remain happy from inside, just don’t follow the rut, it can never take you higher. You can only attain heights, if you follow your heart & do what you love or love the thing you do.

When you love yourself you find the reason in yourself to be loved by others, once you care for your life you find the ''WHY" factor in life, "HOW" is just a mere thing then. Once you grow in life, you become magnet to attract all the right people around you. You become a goodness magnet.

Today’s life style demands long working hours & long commuting for work places, keeping focus on good health is the best way to keep stress away.

Stress virus keep looking for weak people, weakness in terms of determination to keep oneself happy & what I recommend as remedy is “Attitude Quotient.”
Be determined to be happy & fight back, it’s a beautiful life, lets live it to the fullest. Keep smiling, keep fit, stay blessed & follow forgive & forget mantra to attain the bliss of life. With Attitude Quotient all this is possible.

With practice you will be able to raise your “Attitude Quotient”, self help is the key & then keep spreading the mantra.
