I am a person who has been practicing happiness with all the assimilated knowledge in almost 40 years of my life, I have tried to learn from everyone I met in my life & my journey from a small town boy to a man has been a dream run for me. I have understood that journey of life has to be seen as a traveler & we must enjoy as the day unfolds itself. Let the God be the master of life. I consider myself as a blessed person, as my parents have given me the right perspective about life, then market became my best teacher, risen from Sales Executive to Branch Manager in my role as an employee since 1997 to 2009.
In 2009 I shifted from employee category to employer category. Being in both the roles, I understood that employee & employer are from two different planets, and because I have been in both the roles so my understanding comes from both perspectives.
I want to do my bit to bridge this gap between the employee & employer mind sets. Career counseling gave me the edge to understand the current employment scenario. The great war between parents & children over the career choice is another reason I chose to blog, so that I can contribute my experience to help the society.
